Characteristics:
The koala has large claws to assist with climbing tree trunks. Weight varies from about 14 kg for a large southern male, to about 5 kg for a small northern female. The koala's five fingers include two opposable thumbs. The teeth of the koala are adapted to their herbivorous diet.
 Why:
Because the urban growth along the costs of the country and that destroy their habitat and  a government scientist has warned that climate change, and specifically the rising levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, is pushing up toxins and lowering nutrients in eucalyptus leaves (there live the koalas).
How:
We can help this animal by doing some reserves in specific areas, areas where are the type of trees were they live and things that they need to survive, and in that  reserves cannot make any scientist project and any building. To sum up, we can make some reserve were anybody can intervene and the koala can leave their normal life.
